"My daughter Jordanne is the only person in her class to have scored 66 out of 66 in her music exam"

Mrs. Ann Ferries, Coatbridge

"Hi Campbell,

Just to let you know that Lee said his exam went fine, he hit a couple of wrong notes in his "Shady" solo but there was no major mishaps and he felt he done well.

We wont get any results till August but will let you know asap.

I may pass your details onto my sister-in-law who pays for her son to attend a tutor at the moment, although his lessons are for fun and not an exam. She has to take her son to the tutor and it is a bit of a hassle.

Thanks again for your time and effort put in with Lee, maybe one day we'll see him at Wembley!

Mrs. Lorraine McMonagle, Cambuslang

"Just a quick e-mail to thank you for your patience yesterday, I really appreciate it. And to also point out something to you, your teaching method is fantastic. You give so much great advice, you most probably don't even realise it. For example when I asked if it was OK to use an electric guitar for the lesson, your reply stuck with me. " Sure Dave, and have fun with it. Put some reverb in some delay too, use your effects to make it a bit more interesting" Spot on Campbell!!! I've been doing all the songs we did yesterday, and experimenting with pedals at the same time. I'm having a ball, and learning all my notes and timing at the same time. I'm in this for the long haul, I hope your patience holds out!

Dave, Wishaw
